Tanzia Karim

Tanzia (she/her) is a communications advocacy strategist focusing on climate, food, and housing policy. For the last five years, she has devoted her energy to supporting value-aligned organizations and individuals working to create systemic change through impactful programs and accessible educational media. She draws from over eight years of experience as a land development engineer, her former role as Science Director at Save Our Springs Alliance, and four years leading grassroots organizations UrbGarden Collective and Recess for Revolution.

By integrating technical expertise, creative storytelling, and a unique ability to distill complex issues, Tanzia has empowered more than 2,600 people to take collective action toward a just and liberated future!
